We are looking for a CAD/Revit Technologist to join our structural drafting department. This role is exciting, diverse, and rewarding.
This is a perfect opportunity for an individual looking to build their career with a growing building envelope and structural engineering firm in downtown Toronto.
The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who has a strong AutoCAD/Revit technical background and pays attention to detail on every aspect of project delivery.
Experience supporting a Structural engineering consulting firm is critical to the role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare Revit and AutoCAD documents, project files, and models for the firm.
- Assist project teams with Revit modelling requirements, content creation, and coordination efforts.
- Produce Revit Families according to project requirements.
- Able to maintain standards and library of Revit families/objects.
- Able to run clash detection in Revit.
- Perform technical clerical duties for the Revit/AutoCAD team.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of technical documents such as specifications, typical details, design aids, and the like.
- Accept responsibility for consistency, accuracy, and quality before presenting to the project team (internal and external).
- Accept responsibility for delivering work within assigned project deadlines and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, or post-secondary education with Revit/AutoCAD, or equivalent work-related experience.
- >3 years’ Revit experience with in-depth working knowledge of current Revit versions.
- Proficient in AutoCAD design 2D/3D (AutoCAD and Revit).
- Experience in a Revit/AutoCAD role with an engineering consulting, architecture, or relevant industry is critical.
