MPE a division of Englobe is hiring an Intermediate Automation Professional for our Lethbridge office.
As an intermediate automation professional, the desired applicant will share MPE’s vision to provide industry leading services to our clients throughout Southern Alberta and Western Canada. The position is primarily focused on control system design, project management, PLC and SCADA programming and commissioning. The successful applicant will work with our automation and controls team in our Lethbridge Office.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Experience with providing project management services
- Experience configuring network equipment including routers, firewalls and layer 3 switches
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Apply and promote health and safety rules and comply with Englobe's quality procedures.
What Makes You Unique
- Diploma or Degree from an accredited post-secondary institution
- Programming experience with a variety of automation software and hardware
- Willingness to travel to support maintenance and commissioning tasks
- 5+ years of expereince in related positions to teh above preference and mandatory qualifications
- Availability for PLC, SCADA Systems, and related communications emergency support
- Class 5 Drivers License and personal vehicle for out-of-town work as required,
- Licensed or eligible for licensing or certification with APEGA/ASET
