Role Description The Senior/Intermediate Design Engineer/Technologist – Land Development is a full-time hybrid role based in Edmonton, AB, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design and drafting using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, along with a strong background in project management, construction management, and contract administration. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects, collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Design Engineering skills, with experience in land development, municipal infrastructure, and site servicing design.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar) for preparing detailed civil drawings and models.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a closely related field; eligibility for professional registration (P.Eng., P.Tech., C.E.T., or equivalent) is an asset.
- Experience in land development projects in Alberta or similar jurisdictions, including familiarity with local standards, municipal requirements, and permitting processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, multidisciplinary teams, and construction personnel.
- Valid driver licence.
