EnVision Consultants Ltd. is seeking experienced, motivated, and relationship-focused professionals to join our growing organization in the following opportunities:
- Regional Lead – West, based out of our Stoney Creek office, serving the Hamilton, Niagara, and surrounding markets; and,
- Regional Lead – East, based out of our Pickering office, serving the Durham Region.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in environmental, geotechnical, civil or water resources engineering or related discipline with proven business development and leadership capabilities. They will be passionate about building client relationships, be motivated to work with a growing team, supporting team growth, and contributing to the continued success and expansion of EnVision within their region.
The Regional Lead role combines regional leadership, business development, and technical project delivery responsibilities, with a strong focus on growing EnVision’s presence within the region while ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality technical services and project outcomes.

As part of your role, responsibilities include:
- Leading regional growth by building strong client and industry relationships, advancing strategic partnerships and business development opportunities, and expanding EnVision’s presence in alignment with our corporate objectives;
- Facilitating engagement and EnVision representation at local industry events, conferences, trade shows, networking functions, and community initiatives;
- Providing regional insights and feedback to senior leadership to support strategic planning and work with internal teams to tailor product/service offerings to meet regional market demands;
- Leveraging technical expertise and client relationships to identify opportunities for cross-selling and expansion of EnVision's service offerings;
- Supporting technical project delivery and contribute to proposals, reports, and other client deliverables, ensuring quality and compliance with applicable standards and regulations;
- Mentoring and supporting technical and project management staff through coaching, training, and professional development initiatives;
- Providing leadership to regional staff, fostering a collaborative culture focused on professional growth, engagement, and performance; and,
- Supporting the management of the regional office, ensuring staff have the necessary resources required to succeed, while promoting EnVision’s culture, operational standards, and health and safety programs.
To apply to this position, you should expect to have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Enviro/Geo/Civil, or related), Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related field aligned with EnVision’s service offerings;
- A minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in a technical, operational, and/or people leadership role;
- Experience in project management, business development, and client management;
- Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor;
- The ability to work in various environments and adapt to changing project requirements; and,
- A willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

This position is an additional leadership assignment performed alongside the successful candidate's technical role. Compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's technical position, qualifications, and experience.
