- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of FSC solutions.
- Build scalable components: Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, LWCs, Aura components, and flows.
- Customize FSC data models for client profiles, financial accounts, and relationship groups.
Technical Leadership
- Mentor and manage Salesforce developers and admins.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with QA, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Integration & Customization
- Integrate FSC with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Drive digital banking initiatives, AML compliance, and mobile banking integrations.
