What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Service Administration TEAM, you’ll help keep the department running smoothly by:
- Coordinating mechanic schedules and job assignments
- Keeping work orders, back orders and WIP up to date
- Helping customers with questions and service needs
- Coordinating preventative maintenance and annual safety certificates
- Working closely with our Parts, Service and Rental teams
- Making sure technicians have the parts and information they need
- Tracking service records, inspections, logs and documentation
- Supporting the Service Manager with department procedures, safety and day-to-day operations
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a strong communicator, highly organized and comfortable working with computers and web-based programs.
Service writing experience is required, and experience in a service department or with mechanical equipment is a big plus.
Experience with
SAGE? Even better - but not required.
