Job Description
We are seeking an experienced OpenText Premium Support IDM Consultant to provide onsite administration and configuration support for Identity Management solutions. The consultant will work independently on client-assigned tasks and deliver professional services in a task-based engagement model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform onsite administration, configuration, and support of OpenText (NetIQ) Identity Management solutions.
- Execute client-assigned technical tasks independently and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize IDM environments.
- Provide expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Deliver project objectives within the defined engagement timeline.
Engagement Details:
- Approximately 56 onsite days remaining to be delivered before February 25, 2027.
- Standard work schedule of 7.5 hours per day.
Required Skills
- Advanced to Expert-level experience with:
- OpenText (NetIQ) Identity Manager (IDM)
- OpenText Advanced Authentication (AA)
- Strong administration, configuration, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Clearance Requirements
- Top Secret Clearance preferred.
- Candidates with the ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance will also be considered.
- Must be located in or near the Ottawa, Ontario area and able to work onsite at the client location.
