About the Role:
The Senior Campaigns Marketing Manager is a senior individual contributor who owns eSentire's prospect campaigns from ideation through execution and reporting. You are the coordinating point across campaign workstreams: you keep the campaign calendar and tracking current, move stakeholders and deliverables forward, and focus the team on improving lead-to-MQL-to-SQL conversion. You work as part of a small campaigns and customer marketing team and partner daily with content, digital and paid media, web, and SDR colleagues. This is a hands-on campaign operator and project manager role, not a people-management role.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full campaign lifecycle for prospect campaigns: ideation, planning, launch, ongoing maintenance, measurement, and optimization. Build campaigns as programs that are maintained and improved over time, not one-off launches.
- Maintain the prospect campaign calendar and tracking as the single source of truth for status, owners, deliverables, dependencies, and timing. Use Jira or Asana for project management, task tracking, and status reporting.
- Coordinate across workstreams and drive deliverables to completion with content marketing (copy and content), digital and paid media, web, customer marketing, and the SDR team.
- Lead conversion improvement from lead to MQL to SQL by analyzing funnel performance, gathering SDR and sales feedback, and recommending and implementing changes to targeting, messaging, offers, and handoff.
- Plan, build, execute, track, and report on campaigns in Salesforce and Pardot, including campaign setup, lead and member tracking, and attribution to pipeline.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns, such as webinars, content syndication, third-party programs, reports, and industry surveys, built around topics that resonate with prospects matching eSentire’s ideal customer profile. Current priorities are organized into a small number of focused tracks (for example, new product, competitive takeout, and key moments in buyer’s journey) and will evolve with the business.
- Own ongoing campaign maintenance and optimization, including owning and optimizing prospect nurture programs across the buyer journey.
- Support and execute targeted account-based campaigns for priority accounts and segments, including the use of orchestration layers (Clay, Zoominfo) and ABM-based strategies.
- Manage campaign-level budgets, vendor selection (including content syndication RFPs), and webinar setup and logistics.
- Report on campaign performance in Salesforce and Pardot against pipeline and conversion goals, and present results and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Share campaign planning and project management best practices with teammates and provide informal, execution-focused coaching to less experienced campaign team members. This role has no direct reports.
- Partner with field, events, international (UKI and Rest of World), and channel marketing counterparts so campaigns align with event activity, regional needs, and partner programs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation or campaign marketing.
- Proven track record building and executing integrated demand generation campaigns (virtual events, webinars, content syndication, industry reports) that generate qualified pipeline.
- Strong project management skills, with experience owning a campaign calendar and driving deliverables across multiple cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, etc.
- Experience analyzing the marketing funnel and working with SDR and sales teams to improve lead-to-MQL-to-SQL conversion.
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot for campaign planning, execution, tracking, and performance reporting.
- Experience building and optimizing nurture programs and account-based (ABM) campaigns; familiarity with tools such as Clay is a plus.
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent campaigns and stakeholders, including international teams and channel partners.
- Experience marketing to security, IT, or other technical B2B buyers is strongly preferred; cybersecurity or SaaS industry experience is a plus.
- Strong collaborator who works effectively across sales, marketing, and channel teams, with the judgment to operate independently against shared business goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting campaign strategy and results to senior stakeholders.
