Euroshield manufactures high-quality synthetic roofing products made of approximately 70% recycled tires. For an average-sized home, between 300 and 600 tires are transformed into a durable Euroshield roof standing up to significant hail and wind.
Role Description The Injection Molding Process Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring injection molding machines and associated systems. Day-to-day tasks include adjusting process parameters, performing mold changes, conducting routine equipment inspections, and resolving technical issues to maintain product quality and production efficiency. The technician will follow safety protocols, complete production documentation, and collaborate with maintenance and quality to support continuous improvement. The role may also involve basic troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues and assisting in training production supervisors on proper machine operation.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess practical skills in operating injection molding equipment, performing mold changes, and adjusting machine settings to meet product specifications.
