Position Summary
Serves as the first point of contact for customers, students, and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support while ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, students, and visitors at the territory office.
- Welcome visitors and perform front desk and reception duties in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate individual or department.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and coordinate courier services.
- Assist students with scheduling and attending studio appointments.
- Travel to school locations, as required, to support equipment deliveries, pickups, and related logistics.
- Maintain a professional image and represent Everest positively at all times.
- Follow established safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
- Support general administrative and office functions as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; customer service or administrative training is considered an asset.
- One to two years of customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related software.
- Strong customer service, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and active listening abilities.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to remain professional, courteous, and calm when handling challenging situations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Access to reliable, insured transportation for travel to assigned locations as required.
- Valid driver's license with a current driving record in good standing.
- Vehicle insurance must be current and compliant with applicable provincial regulations.
