About Everkind
Everkind is an AI journaling and mental wellness app on a mission to make everyday mental health support accessible to everyone. We're publicly listed (TSXV: EK), early-stage, and moving fast, and we're building out the B2B engine that brings Everkind into workplaces, health plans, and communities across North America.
The opportunity
This is a startup sales role, and we mean that plainly. It's fast-paced, high-pressure, and performance-driven. There's no established playbook to inherit and no warm pipeline waiting for you, you build it. For a closer who's energized by that, the upside is real and uncapped, and the impact is direct: every deal puts mental wellness support in more people's hands.
We'll be straight about expectations: in this role, revenue is the metric that matters. We'll give you the autonomy, product, and support to win, and we'll measure you on results.
What you'll do
- Own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation and close.
- Build pipeline from scratch and sell into EAPs, corporate wellness programs, insurance companies, and government and public-sector buyers across Canada and the US.
- Build and manage relationships with enterprise and channel partners, and uncover new opportunities as they emerge.
- Partner closely with leadership, product, and clinical teams to shape offerings and navigate procurement, compliance, and security reviews.
- Consistently hit and exceed aggressive revenue targets.
What you bring
- 10+ years selling health tech or digital health into B2B channels in Canada and the US.
- A proven track record closing enterprise deals with EAPs, corporate wellness, insurers, or government buyers, and the numbers to back it up.
- A true self-starter and hunter: you thrive in ambiguity, build pipeline from nothing, and are motivated by a commission-driven upside.
- Deep familiarity with health-tech procurement, including the compliance, privacy, and security expectations that come with it.
- Comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving startup where priorities shift and performance speaks loudest.
Compensation
Base salary of $100,000–$125,000 CAD, plus uncapped commission. Toronto-based candidates preferred.
