About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Deployment / Cutover Coordinator to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and deployment programme. This role will play a key part in coordinating regional cutover activities, tracking critical tasks and dependencies, managing communications, and supporting the transition from cutover through hypercare.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SAP transformation environment involving multiple technical teams, vendors, stakeholders, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regional SAP cutover trackers, action logs, issue logs, dependency registers, and escalation records.
- Coordinate cutover cadence, status collection, follow-ups, and action tracking across technical and business teams.
- Track completion of critical cutover activities and ensure supporting evidence is captured.
- Coordinate communications and status updates across SAP technical teams, vendors, PMO, and programme leadership.
- Maintain accurate decision logs, action items, escalation summaries, and cutover documentation.
- Support regional command centre activities during SAP deployment and go-live.
- Monitor outstanding actions, risks, issues, and dependencies and ensure appropriate owners and follow-up.
- Support the transition from cutover to hypercare, including tracking residual activities and handover items.
- Ensure cutover information remains accurate, current, and readily available for stakeholders and leadership.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in SAP deployment, SAP cutover, technical programme coordination, testing coordination, or command centre environments.
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and enterprise SAP transformation programmes.
- Understanding of SAP technical areas such as BTP, integration, testing, defects, deployment, and cutover processes.
- Strong experience with action tracking, dependency management, status reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams, vendors, PMO, leadership, and business stakeholders.
