Job Description:
As a Data Modeler, you will be responsible for working closely with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to model both current and new data. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, demonstrating strong influencing and advisory skills. You will take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams. Master proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies is required. Master proficiency in AI & Data Processes, expert proficiency in Data Quality Tools & Methods and Data Taxonomy, as well as master proficiency in AI & Data Strategy, are suggested.
- Provide advanced guidance on data modeling approaches to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Shape data architecture strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance data platform capabilities.
- Influence delivery outcomes by identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within data modeling practices.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to communicate complex data concepts clearly and foster collaborative problem-solving.
- Elevate quality standards by reviewing and refining data models to support scalable and maintainable data solutions.
