🎥 Photo + Video
25–30 listing photos + 1–2 minute cinematic walkthrough video
💰 Pay: $120/project
🚁 Photo + Video + Drone
25–30 listing photos + 1–2 minute video + 3–5 aerial drone photos
💰 Pay: $155/project
🎒 What You'll Need
DSLR or mirrorless camera
Wide-angle lens suitable for real estate photography
Tripod
Gimbal for video
Drone with required certification/insurance, if applicable
Ability to photograph interiors, exteriors, and property details
Professional, punctual, and reliable attitude
Basic video editing skills are an asset
