Corporate Actions Analyst – Custody Operations – Montreal (Full-Time, Onsite, Permanent)
A leading global custody and asset servicing organization, part of a major European banking group, is looking to hire a Junior Corporate Actions Analyst to join their growing Custody Operations team in Montreal. This is a permanent, entry-to-junior level opportunity with a stable, well-established organization experiencing strong growth locally.

- Growing Corporate Actions team covering Announcements & Notifications and Payments, with a new Income Management activity being added

What We Are Looking For
- Comfortable reviewing and analyzing incoming SWIFT messages related to corporate action events (event type, effective dates, applicable terms)
- Able to communicate relevant corporate action announcements clearly to clients
- Strong attention to detail for processing voluntary and mandatory-with-choice instructions accurately
- Comfortable validating and inputting instructions against event details and client preferences
- Able to process and reconcile corporate-action-related payments and confirm correct settlement
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and maintain a clean, up-to-date activity dashboard
- Prior experience in banking operations, back-office processing, or a related transactional/compliance role
- Comfortable working full-time onsite in Montreal
You'll Stand Out If You Have
- Direct hands-on exposure to SWIFT messaging (MT564/565/566/567/568)
- Prior exposure to Corporate Actions, Custody, or Securities Operations specifically
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
