OVERVIEW
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a key role within the Marketing team, serving as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to ensure commercial priorities are aligned and executed effectively. By coordinating communication, managing sales tools and systems, supporting the pricing function, and driving cross-functional collaboration, you'll help equip the sales organization with the resources, information, and processes needed to support business growth.
This role supports commercial initiatives including product launches, promotions, booking programs, and pricing activities while helping maintain the systems and tools that enable sales effectiveness. You'll manage sales enablement resources, CRM data integrity, reporting, and commercial information while supporting price list administration, product updates, quotes, campaign uploads, pre-launch flags, and the creation and maintenance of new system flags. You'll serve as the voice of the field and a key alignment point between Sales, Marketing, and Product Development by managing the intake and coordination of retailer requests, capturing field feedback, and ensuring opportunities are directed to the appropriate teams for action. This role ensures relevant field feedback and market observations are effectively communicated to the teams responsible for insights, strategy, and decision-making. You'll help translate field feedback into clear commercial requirements and priorities, supporting alignment across teams and helping ensure the needs of the sales organization are reflected in marketing and product initiatives. You'll partner with the Marketing Coordinator on customer events, trade shows, and promotional programs to ensure alignment with commercial priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Commercial Operations (35%)
- Provide day-to-day operational support for the pricing function, managing commercial requests and coordinating timely follow-up with the appropriate internal teams.
- Coordinate and maintain sales tools, order pads, campaigns, booking programs, and other commercial resources.
- Prepare and coordinate pricing quotes and related commercial requests from the field, ensuring requirements are accurately captured and routed appropriately.
- Maintain product, pricing, campaign, and commercial information within relevant systems to ensure accurate and timely information is available to Sales.
- Manage pre-launch flags, including creating, updating, and removing flags as products move through the launch process.
Pricing, Data and Business Analysis (25%)
- Support pricing administration through price list maintenance and competitive pricing analysis.
- Prepare sales and commercial reporting, including analysis related to sales, margins, invoicing, turnover, and other key business metrics.
- Collaborate with the Supply team to monitor inventory levels, identify overstock opportunities, and support appropriate commercial actions.
- Identify relevant trends, variances, and opportunities within commercial data and communicate findings to appropriate stakeholders.
Sales Enablement & Commercial Communications (20%)
- Coordinate the development, maintenance, and distribution of sales tools and resources in partnership with Marketing and other internal teams.
- Ensure Sales teams have timely access to current sell sheets, order pads, promotional information, booking program details, product information, and other commercial resources.
- Coordinate communications and timelines related to promotions, booking programs, and sales enablement materials, while maintaining visibility of key activities and deadlines through the commercial calendar.
- Maintain the commercial calendar to provide visibility into key Sales and Marketing activities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Support clear and consistent communication of commercial information to the Sales team and retail partners.
CRM, Systems and Process Improvement (20%)
- Manage CRM data integrity, customer records, fields, pipelines, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, workflows, and commercial tools.
- Provide field-informed observations and analysis to help improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Upload and maintain pricing campaigns and discount level structure within relevant sales and commercial systems, ensuring campaigns are accurately set up and available to the field when required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in sales operations, marketing, or a related function.
- Experience supporting sales teams through enablement tools or communications.
- Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer or commercial data.
- Experience supporting pricing activities or competitive analyses is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French. A good command of English is also required to communicate effectively with English-speaking colleagues, partners, and customers outside Quebec.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
CONDITIONS
- This is a hybrid role, with three days per week on-site at Fastco Canada headquarters in Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC, and two days remote.
- This role requires occasional overtime work, including evenings and weekends, to support Fastco’s presence at trade shows and events.
