Federated Co-operatives Limited

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is a Western Canada–based co-operative that provides wholesaling, manufacturing, marketing, and administrative support to other independent co-operatives operating businesses across agriculture, energy, food, and home and building solutions.

FCL is owned by over 150 independent local Co-ops and exists to help them succeed for the long term. Local Co-ops are member-owned (owned by members, not far-away shareholders), so member and local community needs are prioritized in business decisions, and profits are reinvested in the communities they serve. Together, FCL and local retail Co-ops operate under the Co-op brand, creating a network that helps build, fuel, feed, and grow communities across Western Canada.
