Are you commercial, detail-driven, and love sourcing products globally? Fiberlinks is hiring a Merchandiser/Sourcer to lead product ranges, sourcing, and packaging for low-ticket household consumer products. The candidate will report to CEO / Sales & Marketing Executive.
What Youâll Do:
- Source exciting consumer products worldwide & negotiate best pricing
- Analyze SKUs, optimize margins & build winning product assortments
- Oversee packaging & retail-ready merchandising
- Forecast product demand & support stores & retail partners
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Use AI tools to make smarter product and pricing decisions
What Weâre Looking For
- 5+ years in merchandising, buying, sourcing, or category management
- Experience with household consumer products (China sourcing preferred)
- Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and retail math skills
- Planogram & packaging experience a big plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
