Role Description The Physiotherapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC. You will assess clients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy and exercise programs to improve mobility, function, and pain management. Daily responsibilities include conducting clinical evaluations, documenting progress, educating clients on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques, and collaborating with nutritionists, trainers, and medical staff to ensure coordinated care. You will also participate in follow-up appointments, adjust treatment plans as needed, and help maintain a safe and professional clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physiotherapist in British Columbia; degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognized program.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in musculoskeletal, sports, and rehabilitation care.
- Ability to design and guide individualized exercise and mobility programs aligned with client goals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Comfort with maintaining accurate clinical documentation and using electronic health records.
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
- Experience in wellness, fitness, or multidisciplinary clinic settings is an asset.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility for clinic scheduling needs.
