Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Licensed Rental Agent at First Stay Realty Inc., located in Vancouver, BC with some work-from-home flexibility. The Licensed Rental Agent will be responsible for managing rental properties, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent rental services. This role includes tasks such as handling communications with clients, performing rental management duties, and facilitating car rentals as needed.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in Rental Management and Car Rental
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Licensed to operate as a rental agent in Vancouver, BC
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
