Founded by hospitality and design professionals with decades in beer, cocktails, restaurants, and brand-building, FIZZ exists at the intersection of quality, intention, and culture. We’re not here to replicate alcohol - we’re here to expand what drinking can be.

In addition to our retail storefront on Lower Johnson Street, we offer non-alcoholic and functional bar catering for weddings, corporate events, team-building experiences, and home gatherings - bringing elevated, inclusive drink programs to the table.
