About The Opportunity
Corporate Traveller is looking for a motivated and ambitious Future Team Leader who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role offers the opportunity to support team leadership, drive business performance, and help deliver exceptional client experiences within one of FCTG's most successful global brands. You'll work closely with leadership while developing your own leadership capabilities and leading by example. If you're passionate about corporate travel, people development, and achieving outstanding results, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and additional leadership to team members and the Team Leader.
- Assist the Team Leader in maintaining focus on profit, margin, and turnover, contributing to client and staff retention.
- Help lead a profitable business while developing, empowering, and motivating team members through strong leadership and example.
- Effectively manage all aspects of the business in the absence of the Team Leader.
- Achieve individual sales targets while demonstrating strong performance and accountability.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Embrace company systems, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of FCTG experience in a corporate environment
- Proven track record of developing a client base and achieving strong business results.
- Experience developing and supporting team members
- Consistently achieves strong individual sales performance while maintaining an extensive client base.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional client service focus and commitment to delivering outstanding experiences.
- Demonstrated passion for Corporate Traveller and FCTG values
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, and results-driven mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to embrace change.
- Ability to learn and adopt Flight Centre systems and processes.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $60,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. The salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements. On target earnings average range between $60,000-$140,000 The annual salary range listed represents the total compensation package, excluding benefits.
