Position Overview
We're looking for an energetic, personable Sales Associate Representative to join our team at our Hamilton office. This is an entry-level role - no prior sales or industry experience is required. You'll be comfortable on the phone, organized with data and follow-up, and (ideally) not camera-shy, since part of the role involves creating video content for our social media channels.
What You'll Do
- Shoot and help produce short videos for our social media channels - product features, promotions, and behind-the-scenes content from the warehouse
- Reach out to new and existing dealers/customers to build relationships and uncover sales opportunities
- Make outbound cold calls to introduce prospective dealers to Floordi's product lines
- Send and manage email marketing campaigns to our dealer network
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate customer and market data
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and follow-up tasks
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email
What We're Looking For
- No prior sales or flooring industry experience required - we'll train you
- Experience creating content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) is a strong asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and appearing on camera
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, general office software)
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Reliable and punctual, able to work in person at our Hamilton office
What We Offer
- $18.00/hour base wage, plus commission on sales
- Hands-on training and room to grow within a fast-growing company
- A supportive, close-knit team environment
- This position is available on either a part-time or full-time basis.
