A leading manufacturer of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems is seeking a CO₂ Refrigeration Engineering Specialist to support the development and optimization of advanced refrigeration products
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve CO₂ refrigeration systems and related products
- Support product testing, prototyping, validation, and performance optimization
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations
- Manage and maintain engineering documentation and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
- Lead and support R&D initiatives from concept through commercialization
- Participate in laboratory testing and equipment evaluation
Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial refrigeration
- Strong knowledge of CO₂ refrigeration systems, manufacturing processes, and materials
- Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software
- Familiarity with product development, testing, and manufacturing environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
