<h1>Corporate & Group Sales Manager</h1><h3>Lethbridge Bulls Baseball Club | Lethbridge, Alberta</h3><p><strong>Base Salary: $48,000–$55,000 + Uncapped Commission + Bonus Targets</strong></p><p>Are you a relationship builder who loves sales, sports, and the energy of a live event environment?</p><p>The <strong>Lethbridge Bulls Baseball Club</strong> is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven <strong>Corporate & Group Sales Manager</strong> to join our team as we prepare for the 2027 baseball season and beyond.</p><p>This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and turning conversations into partnerships. You’ll play a key role in growing corporate sales, group ticket sales, sponsorships, premium seating, and other revenue-generating opportunities for the Club and its partners.</p><p>If you’re Sponsorship Sales</h3><ul><li>Sell corporate sponsorships, advertising assets, premium seating, and other available properties associated with the Lethbridge Bulls Baseball Club and its partners.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, corporate partners, community organizations, and prospective clients.</li><li>Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.</li><li>Meet monthly sales targets and contribute directly to the Club’s revenue growth.</li><li>Sell premium seat inventory, including corporate and group spaces within the stadium.</li><li>Ensure sponsor commitments, activations, and deliverables are fulfilled throughout the season.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales activity and commission tracking and provide regular sales updates to leadership.</li></ul><h3>Group & Ticket Sales</h3><ul><li>Drive group ticket sales and identify opportunities to bring businesses, organizations, teams, schools, and community groups to Bulls games.</li><li>Develop creative group sales opportunities and packages.</li><li>Work toward ensuring every game has a title or paying sponsor.</li><li>Build repeat business and long-term relationships with group and corporate clients.</li></ul><h3>Maple Leaf Baseball Network</h3><ul><li>Lead sales and sponsorship opportunities for Maple Leaf Baseball Network properties.</li><li>Develop new partnerships and revenue opportunities for games and tournaments featured on the platform.</li><li>Work closely with the Maple Leaf Baseball Network team to ensure sold sponsorships and activations are delivered as promised.</li></ul><h3>Sponsor Activations & Game-Day Support</h3><ul><li>Work closely with the Bulls Game Day Operations Team to ensure all sold sponsorship activations are executed properly.</li><li>Track sponsor deliverables including social media, website placements, stadium signage, promotional materials, articles, and other contracted assets.</li><li>Collaborate with internal team members across marketing, administration, customer service, entertainment, streaming, promotions, and game-day operations.</li><li>Support other areas of the organization when needed to help deliver a successful season.</li></ul><h3>Team & Business Development</h3><ul><li>Provide regular reporting to the President/COO and CEO on sales activity, projects, opportunities, and results.</li><li>Keep sales and commission tracking up to date.</li><li>As the client base grows, assist with building and expanding the sales team, including full-time, part-time, or contract support.</li><li>Contribute ideas and initiatives that help improve the organization and grow revenue.</li><li>Coordinate occasional deliveries, pickups, errands, or other relationships.</li><li>A strong understanding of sales fundamentals and the ability to consistently pursue and close opportunities.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, activations, and priorities.</li><li>The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.</li><li>A professional, trustworthy, and accountable approach to client relationships.</li><li>Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.</li><li>Experience in marketing, public relations, administration, or customer service is an asset.</li><li>Post-secondary education is an asset.</li><li>A valid driver's
