Summary
Forsit is seeking a creative and outgoing In-House Social Content Creator to create engaging beauty content for the U.S. market.
You’ll focus primarily on TikTok and Instagram, developing short-form content that turns beauty products into ideas people want to stop, watch, and share.
This role is highly hands-on. You’ll help shape content from concept to execution, working closely with the team to build a strong and distinctive social presence for a new beauty brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Develop engaging concepts that highlight beauty products in creative and relatable ways
- Identify strong product hooks and turn them into compelling social content
- Stay up to date on TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, memes, and creator formats
- Experiment with different storytelling styles, visual concepts, and content formats
- Review content performance and use insights to improve engagement and reach
- Collaborate closely with the team on creative direction and social content ideas
What You Bring
- Proven experience creating and editing TikTok, Instagram Reels, or other short-form social content
- A portfolio or social media profile showing content you personally created
- Passion for beauty and a strong interest in beauty and skincare trends
- Comfortable appearing on camera
- Strong video editing skills and familiarity with short-form content creation tools
- Strong understanding of social media trends and what makes content engaging
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate original content ideas
- Ability to create and communicate content ideas in English
Nice to Have
- Experience creating beauty or skincare content
- Experience creating content for U.S. audiences
- Experience growing a TikTok or Instagram account
- Content with 1M+ views
- Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing tools
