We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as an
EDGE A&E Admin Support & Technician. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys design, technology, and working with students in a dynamic, hands-on environment. The position is 15 hours per week with the possibility of increased hours in the Fall.
Start Date: September 2, 2026
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the EDGE A&E Program.
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and customer communication.
- Operate and maintain engraving equipment, presses, and related production tools.
- Support students in learning and using design and production technologies.
- Create and modify designs using graphic design and production software.
- Assist with production scheduling and project completion.
- Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in or experience with design and creative technologies.
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn technical software.
- Experience with graphic design software is an asset.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate engraving machines, presses, and related equipment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with students and staff.
- Customer service and administrative experience are considered assets.
