About Fulfillment IQ (FIQ):
Fulfillment IQ is a supply chain engineering and transformation company that helps brands, retailers, and 3PLs design, build, and scale high-performance logistics operations.
We work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, where we solve complex, real-world problems across warehouse design, automation, order management, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain execution.
Our teams combine deep domain expertise with strong technical capability, delivering outcomes through consulting, systems implementation, and proprietary platforms that accelerate time-to-value and reduce delivery risk.
If you enjoy working in complex environments, partnering closely with clients, and seeing your work make a tangible impact on how global commerce moves, this is the place where your skills and judgment truly come to life.

- Shape opportunities across product strategy, custom software, modernization, architecture, integrations, data platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and ongoing product development
- Identify cross-sell opportunities across consulting and implementation
- Maintain ongoing client relationships
What you bring:
- A strong record of achieving revenue targets through the sale of technology delivery, custom software, digital transformation, modernization, or related technical services
- Experience in a technology services, digital engineering, supply chain technology, cloud, data, AI, enterprise implementation, or consulting environment where the sale required both commercial discipline and technical fluency
- A consultative sales approach focused on business outcomes, transformation value, and long-term client impact rather than staff augmentation, rate-card selling, or transactional project placement
- Practical fluency across modern application development and relevant areas such as architecture, cloud, APIs and integrations, data, AI, user experience, or platform modernization
- Strong judgment about when to recommend discovery, assessment, roadmap, pilot, initial build, or a broader transformation program
