We are looking for an organized, collaborative, and relationship-focused Industry Engagement Specialist to support and advance Fundserv initiatives across the Canadian investment fund ecosystem.
The Industry Engagement Specialist plays a key role in facilitating collaboration between Fundserv and its industry stakeholders. This position is responsible for coordinating advisory councils, working groups, committees, and governance activities while supporting the management of industry-submitted ideas, proposals, feedback and recommendations through Fundservâs governance process.
In this role, you will…
- Coordinate and support advisory councils, industry working groups, committees, focus groups, and stakeholder forums.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with industry members and internal stakeholders.
- Interact with business leads to facilitate productive discussions, gather feedback, and drive stakeholder engagement.
- Support industry events and engagement activities, including meeting planning, logistics, communications, and follow-up activities.
- Develop surveys, collect industry feedback, and summarize findings to support informed decision-making.

You’ve demonstrated the ability to do the following, gained through education and/or experience:
- Effectively manage stakeholder engagement, member relationships, project coordination, customer success, industry relations, event coordination, or a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting materials, minutes, and action-item tracking.
- Ensure meeting outcomes, decisions, and next steps are documented and communicated effectively.
- Maintain attendance records and engagement metrics as required.
- Provide operational, communications, and administrative support to the Relationship Management team.
- Assist with special projects, stakeholder communications, and industry engagement initiatives.
The following is not required but will be a bonus:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Digital literacy (CRM systems, automation tools such as Salesforce, GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Qualtrics).
Target total compensation including bonus: $75,900 – $87,400 per year
(starting base salary of $66,000 - $76,000)
