To help us get there, we're looking for an exceptional Regional Superintendent.
This Is Not a Traditional Superintendent Role
We're not looking for someone whose success is measured by how many projects they personally oversee.

Someone who understands that predictable project outcomes begin long before the first wall is framed.
Someone who enjoys coaching Site Supervisors more than solving their problems for them.
Someone who believes planning is a discipline, quality is built into the work, and leadership is measured by the capability of the people you develop.
As Regional Superintendent, you will work closely with the Area Manager to strengthen operational excellence across the region by developing field leaders, improving management systems, and ensuring every project is positioned for success before work begins.
What You'll Own
Build Operational Excellence
- Ensure consistent execution of the FundyPros Field Management System across all regional projects.
- Standardize planning, quality, and operational practices.
- Drive disciplined execution through clear expectations and measurable standards.
- Identify systemic barriers to performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Raise the Level of Field Leadership
- Coach and develop Site Supervisors and Lead Hands into confident, capable leaders.
- Provide regular feedback, mentoring, and performance coaching.
- Build accountability while supporting professional growth.
- Develop future field leaders through intentional succession planning.
Build Planning Excellence
- Ensure every project begins with a complete, constructible, and executable plan.
- Review and support pre-construction planning during the project transfer process.
- Champion disciplined Three-Week Look-Ahead Planning.
- Help Site Supervisors anticipate constraints, manage risk, and improve schedule reliability.
Champion Quality
- Lead implementation of the FundyPros Quality Management System across the region.
- Drive compliance to inspections, documentation, and quality processes.
- Promote defect prevention over defect correction.
- Use quality metrics and root cause analysis to improve project performance and reduce rework.
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Use facts and data to evaluate operational performance.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve productivity, planning, and quality.
- Support Lean Construction and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Share lessons learned and best practices across projects.

Experience
We're less concerned with titles and more interested in leadership, judgment, and the ability to build exceptional field teams.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- 10+ years of progressive construction experience
- Significant experience leading large & complex construction projects
- Demonstrated success developing and coaching field leaders.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and operational execution.
- Experience implementing quality management systems or standardized field processes.
- The ability to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience with Lean Construction, Lean Six Sigma, or similar operational excellence methodologies is considered an asset.
