FuntoNetwork is seeking a
Quality Assurance Specialist - Level 3 for upcoming project opportunity:
IT Specialized Services (TBIPS).
Core Responsibilities
- Execute the Quality Assurance Specialist - Level 3 scope for IT Specialized Services (TBIPS): Deliver the Quality Assurance Specialist - Level 3 workstream against the TBIPS task authorization, security, documentation, quality, and acceptance requirements.
- Prepare the role-specific compliance, inspection, test, or assurance plan with checkpoints, sampling, evidence, and pass/fail criteria.
- Review the applicable controls, submittals, configurations, records, and field or system results against the solicitation and approved baseline.
- Record defects, exceptions, severity, ownership, corrective actions, and due dates in a traceable findings register.
- Verify corrective actions through retest or reinspection and submit the signed acceptance recommendation with the complete evidence package.
- Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
- Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
- Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
- Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
- Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience performing Quality Assurance Specialist - Level 3 responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
- Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
- Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
