Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering an exceptional first impression and welcoming environment
- Conducting tours and consultations with prospective members
- Identifying client needs and recommending appropriate services
- Contributing to membership sales and retention
- Supporting member engagement and overall experience
- Collaborating with the coaching team to ensure a seamless journey
- Greet and check in members and guests warmly and efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries.
- Manage member sign-ups, cancellations, and class bookings using gym software.
- Handle cash, card, and online payments for memberships and retail items.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Monitor member access and enforce gym policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory tracking.
- Communicate member feedback or concerns to management.
- Promote gym programs, services, and merchandise.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with booking or membership software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
