GCP Cloud Operations Engineer (B3)
Role Summary
Provide L2/L3 support for GCP infrastructure services and automation-driven cloud operations.
Responsibilities & Skills
- Manage Compute Engine, Networking, Storage, IAM and Monitoring services within GCP environments.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents, performance issues and service disruptions.
- Administer VPC, Firewall Rules, DNS, IAM roles and GCP projects.
- Monitor platform health using Cloud Operations Suite, Logging and Alerting services.
- Execute infrastructure provisioning and standard changes using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
- Support operational requests related to access governance and platform administration.
- Maintain cloud security, compliance and operational best practices.
- Partner with customer and application teams to ensure platform stability and service continuity.
