Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect with 15+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java technologies, modern application architecture, cloud-native development, security, and DevSecOps practices. This role will lead architecture decisions, define technical roadmaps, and support end-to-end solution delivery in a regulated enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Define architecture standards, development frameworks, and best practices.
- Develop and oversee implementation of microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and modern web applications.
- Provide technical leadership for solutions built using Java, Spring Boot, React, Kafka, and Oracle.
- Ensure adherence to secure coding standards, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD controls, and automated testing strategies.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into architecture solutions.
- Guide development teams through design reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Drive application modernization and continuous improvement efforts.
- Work within established SDLC and PDLC frameworks while ensuring compliance and quality standards.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, solution design, or application architecture.
- Advanced expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Kafka, Oracle, DevSecOps, and Test Automation.
- Strong experience in microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, secure software development, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to independently drive complex technical initiatives and architectural decisions.
- Experience working within regulated enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- TOGAF certification.
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise integration patterns.
