Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver course content for an introductory K–12 arts education course, with particular focus on Grades K–9 and dance, drama, music, and visual art. Manage classroom activities, assess student performance, provide consistent feedback, and use culturally responsive approaches.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Master of Education or another graduate degree in the relevant instructional area, appropriate education-system experience, and approval from the University of Regina. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work with Indigenous student populations are required; post-secondary teaching experience and familiarity with Gabriel Dumont Institute values are assets.
