What You'll Do
We are currently seeking a
Digital Art Director to join our creative team on one of our digital apps focused client accounts. Working alongside copywriters, designers, and creative leadership, you'll concept and craft digital-first work across social, display, CRM, and in-app channels - work that's as sharp strategically as it is visually. You'll help shape how one of the world's most recognizable brands shows up in feeds, inboxes, and on screens every day.
Who You Are
Who You Are
- 5–7 years of experience as an art director or senior designer at an agency or in-house creative team, with a focus on digital
- A portfolio of conceptual, brand-driven digital work - social-first campaigns, CRM, and performance creative that's beautiful and effective
- Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion skills (After Effects) a strong plus
- Deep fluency in digital and social platform best practices, specs, and formats
- Experience art directing photo/video shoots and working with production partners
- A collaborative teammate who takes feedback well and gives it thoughtfully
- Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-volume account
- Experience on large, multi-channel brands (rideshare, delivery, tech, or lifestyle a plus)

What You Will Do
- Concept, design, and art direct digital campaigns across paid social, display, email/CRM, in-app, and web
- Translate Uber's brand system into thumb-stopping, platform-native creative - knowing what works on TikTok vs. Meta vs. programmatic
- Partner with copywriters to develop integrated campaign ideas from brief through final delivery
- Oversee and elevate the work of designers and studio artists, giving clear, constructive creative direction
- Present work internally and to clients with confidence and a strong point of view
- Collaborate with strategy, media, and production teams to ensure creative performs against business goals
- Maintain brand consistency and craft standards across high-volume, fast-turn deliverables
- Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and emerging creative tech, bringing new ideas to the team proactively

Compensation
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target compensation for this role is $90,000 to $120,000 yearly. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, qualifications, job performance, level of experience, location, and business needs.
