The Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven Digital & Social Media Marketer with 1 to 3 years of experience or a recent digital marketing focussed degree, or other specific training with at least some experience to join our team. We don’t just hire for tasks; we hire for outcomes. This role is for a performance-oriented marketer who wants to lead the charge in combining traditional multi-channel advertising and social media management with the emerging world of AI-generated video and marketing automation.
Content creation is minimal: management supplies the core narratives and direction. Your success will be measured by your ability to orchestrate these “ingredients” into a high-performing digital ecosystem that drives ROI across paid search, paid social, and organic channels. We actively support your growth and provide resources to help you master new platforms, programmatic tools, and emerging AI as they hit the market.
Your Key Outcomes
- ESTABLISH PERFORMANCE CHANNELS & BRAND PRESENCE: Manage end-to-end setup, keyword optimization (SEO), and verification of all advertising and social channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google), aligning with corporate branding standards.
- DRIVE CONVERSIONS VIA PAID MEDIA: Execute and optimize high-impact campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms to maximize reach, efficiency, and ROI.
- ORCHESTRATE AI & VISUAL INNOVATION: Use company-supplied narratives with AI avatar generation tools to manage the “ingredients-to-video” workflow for chatbot and short-form video assets.
- AUTOMATE THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY: Build and manage auto-responder funnels, CRM workflows, and integrated Email/SMS campaigns to nurture leads and maintain community authority.
- FOSTER REAL-TIME COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: Manage sponsored postings, community interactions to drive authentic audience growth. Ensure all ads meet all disclosure standards
- MAXIMIZE & REPORT ON ROI: Deliver performance reports when required translating digital metrics (clicks, conversions, shares, comments) into actionable business insights. Run A/B tests across all funnels.
- PUBLIC COMPANY MARKETING: We are a capital markets, omni-channel marketing group. Adhering to public company marketing rules and best practices is imperative; you will learn from management’s decades of experience in maintaining these strict requirements.
Who You Are
- Experience: Recent graduate with 1 to 3 years of professional experience or a recent digital marketing focussed degree with at least some experience or other specific training in digital and social media marketing. Self-taught candidates considered via portfolio review and client recommendations.
- Technical Orchestrator: You think like a builder - comfortable navigating Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn/X Ads Manager, CRM systems, and AI tools. Graphic design experience is a bonus
- Analytical Scientist: You enjoy the science of marketing - using data to prove what works and iterating based on results.
- Creative Technologist: You understand how rapidly the industry evolves and can leverage AI and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve.
- Local Resident: Based in the Lower Mainland, BC, able to travel to Vancouver, and value a hybrid model combining remote deep-focus work with in-person collaboration.
- Influencer Savvy (Bonus): Experience or interest in managing influencer marketing relationships is an asset.
- Graphic Design Experience: Experience with any of the popular graphic design platforms would be of value.
- Ability to be Employed as a Contractor: We are hiring for a contractor position only and can not provide a full employee position.
Why Join Us?

- Intentional Flexibility: Work from where you are most productive, with office time reserved for meaningful connection and strategic planning.
