Role Description The Full-Time Client Advisor is an on-site role based in Toronto, ON, responsible for delivering an elevated and welcoming in-store experience that reflects GANNI’s brand values. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and engaging clients, assessing their needs, and providing styling advice and product recommendations that align with GANNI’s aesthetic and commitment to responsible craftsmanship. The Client Advisor supports all stages of the client journey, from fitting room assistance and transactions at point of sale to aftercare, exchanges, and special orders. This role also involves maintaining visual standards, replenishing stock, assisting with merchandising, and supporting store events and activations. The Client Advisor collaborates closely with the store team to meet sales goals, build lasting client relationships, and ensure operational procedures are followed in line with company policies.
Qualifications
- Client service and sales skills, including a strong customer-focused mindset, the ability to build relationships, and experience in consultative selling in a retail or fashion environment.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, such as clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse clients and team members.
- Product and styling skills, including an interest in contemporary fashion, confidence in styling and outfitting clients, and the ability to learn and communicate product features and fit.
- Operational and organizational skills, including handling POS systems, managing transactions accurately, assisting with inventory and stockroom duties, and maintaining store standards.
- Responsibility and brand alignment, with a genuine interest in sustainability, responsible fashion, and GANNI’s brand values and B-Corp commitments.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Toronto, ON, with flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in premium or contemporary fashion retail is preferred; multilingual skills and familiarity with global clientele are an asset.
