As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for Mobile Security Supervisor
- Lead a team of on-site security guards
- Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
- Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
- Issue and manage access cards
- Complete daily reports and incident reports
- All other related duties
Qualifications for Mobile Security Supervisor
- Be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid BC security worker's license
- Hold a valid BC class 5 DL with clean driving history - mandatory (i.e. no more than 2 tickets or no more than 5 points on Driver's Abstract)
- Excellent leadership skills; this mobile supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last
- 2-5 years of security experience, mobile security and team management
- Occupational First aid certification - OFA 1 is mandatory requirement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
