We’re looking for a Billing Administrator who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you’ll help ensure our billing is accurate, timely, and ready to go, while working closely with our service and administrative teams.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, review, and process high-volume billing and invoicing
- Acquire and prepare work orders for billing
- Post invoices and distribute them to customers
- Prepare invoices through the final “invoice ready” stage
- Create credit memos and correct billing errors
- Prepare files for auditing and maintain accurate customer billing notes
- Complete job journaling between work orders when corrections are required
- Create unbilled and work order reports
- Maintain customer portals and upload invoices as required
- Prepare and distribute monthly full-coverage lists
- Ensure previous months are closed and ready for invoicing
- Communicate service setup issues and billing requirements to team members
- Support the billing team with additional administrative and reporting tasks as needed
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or high-volume data entry is an asset
- High School Diploma
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- A team-oriented approach with strong communication skills
