Gator partners with owners and operators of critical infrastructure across the full asset lifecycle, maintaining operating assets, restoring deteriorated assets, and replacing end-of-service-life assets with new construction.

We strive to self-perform as many scopes as possible, keeping execution in-house and maintaining control over safety, quality, and timelines. Our crews handle concrete restoration and rehabilitation, concrete replacement and new construction, hydrodemolition, traffic membranes, waterproofing, protective coatings, expansion joints, drainage, and related renewal work.

Since 2013, Gator has grown to about 150 people across four offices and completed more than 4,000 projects across Western Canada and the Northern Territories. We work on parkades, bridges, dams, water and wastewater facilities, industrial plants, and municipal and institutional assets.
