As we grow, we’re looking for a skilled and organized Program Manager to lead projects from concept to completion and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.
Position Overview:
As a Program Manager, you will act as the central point of contact between our customers, internal teams, and suppliers. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously - ensuring scope, timing, budget, and quality targets are met. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain clear, proactive communication will be critical to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of automotive fixture programs from award to delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication
- Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and progress reports
- Coordinate efforts between engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet deliverables
- Track and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on schedule
- Lead customer meetings, design reviews, and post-program evaluations
- Ensure adherence to customer specifications, company standards, and industry regulations
- Maintain program documentation and reporting to senior management
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in the automotive or tooling industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive checking fixtures, tooling, or manufacturing processes, including GD&T
- Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and customer expectations
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project), experience with CAD software an asset
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- PMP certification or relevant technical education is a plus
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
