We are looking for an extremely organized, sales-driven Client Experience Expert with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for beauty and client care.
The Role ✨
As a Client Experience Expert, you are an essential part of each client’s experience, from their first inquiry to their next appointment. You will help create a welcoming studio environment, manage bookings with care and precision, and confidently recommend products and services that support each client’s needs.
Your Responsibilities 📋
- Deliver warm, personalized service in person, over the phone, and through email.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and schedule adjustments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Drive sales through thoughtful product recommendations and service education.
- Support daily and monthly targets through client outreach, rebooking, and follow-up.
- Work closely with service providers and leadership to support a seamless studio experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and process transactions efficiently.
- Keep the client experience area organized, polished, and ready to welcome clients.
- Take initiative, anticipate needs, and follow through on responsibilities.
What You Bring 🌟
- A strong sales background, ideally in beauty, luxury retail, or a service-focused environment.
- Exceptional organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy studio.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A confident, warm, and professional approach to building client relationships.
- Accountability, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
- A willingness to learn about our products, treatments, and approach to client care.
- Flexibility to work both days of the weekend.
