Job Responsibilities:
- Set up annual spare parts sales target and lead the team to achieve it.
- Develop the local supplier for oil and accessory to enhance the sales and profit.
- Set up spare part order process and internal working process.
- Set up spare parts marketing strategy and spare parts pricing strategy to enhance the margin.
- Responsible for the new vehicle launch spare parts initial order.
- Responsible for the spare parts and accessories stock management, and ensure spare part warehouse supplier operation (KPI follow up, payments, etc.).
- Responsible for the spare parts BO analysis and follow up to enhance the customer satisfaction.
- Spare parts marketing activity planning and implement.
Qualifications:
- Have 5 years+ working experience in the after-sales in Auto company.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Areas of experience Parts and service.
- English can be used as a working language.
