Gemini Machine Works Inc. is a privately owned Canadian corporation, head quartered in the heart of North America’s largest industrial park; Nisku, Alberta. Gemini is one of Western Canada’s largest design-build manufacturing solutions providers.

Gemini currently operates within two facilities, one dedicated for machining and rotating equipment repairs services and the other dedicated for welding / fabrication, heavy equipment repair, and pressure piping services.

Our best in class QMS & HSE processes and procedures are at the heart of our operations and culture. Gemini is proud to disclose our current globally recognized certifications: ISO 9001:2015, CWB Division 2, ABSA B51, B31.1, & B31.3, ASME Section 8 & Section 9 vessels and high-pressure piping, WCB COR certification, ISNetworld, Avetta, and Comply Works.

Gemini’s aggregate facilities capacity boasts over a 150 Tonnage of crane capacity, 19 foot under hook height, 90,000 square feet of manufacturing & fabrication space, and over 12 acres of yard area. We operate on a seven day / week, 24 hour / day manufacturing cycle. We are always open and AlwaysOn.

Our revolutionary and industry leading AlwaysOn technology enables our customers access to live, real time data, in order to track where their specific project is at within our manufacturing process at any given time. This full customer transparency concept is also at the heart of Gemini’s culture and operations.
