Role: Business Systems Analyst – FNZ
Location: Toronto ON (hybrid)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on FNZ platform experience.
- Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Management, Retirement Services, or Capital Markets.
- Proven ability to elicit, document, and manage complex business and system requirements.
- Experience working on FNZ implementations, enhancements, migrations, integrations, or transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of business process modelling and requirements management methodologies.
- Experience creating:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)
- User Stories
- Process Flows
- Use Cases
- Data Mapping Documents
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- End-to-end FNZ implementation experience.
- Experience with onboarding, investment operations, portfolio management, trading, custody, or wealth administration platforms.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services.
- Experience working with large-scale transformation and modernization programs.
- Exposure to data migration and system integration initiatives.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, CSPO, or equivalent.
