About GeoXpr
GeoXpr is an environmental and geospatial intelligence company combining Earth observation, GIS, environmental modelling and scientific expertise.
Our services support biodiversity assessment, habitat mapping, environmental risk analysis, land-use planning and sustainable development projects.

- Working with GeoXpr’s technical team to prepare proposals and support commercial negotiations.
- Building a pipeline of projects and recurring business.
Compensation will be commission-based, linked to eligible revenue generated through your contribution and collected by GeoXpr. Commission rates, attribution rules and payment conditions will be agreed before the collaboration begins.
There is no fixed salary or guaranteed retainer during this initial independent phase.
Phase 2. Co-found and lead GeoXpr Canada
Following a successful initial collaboration, the ambition is to establish a Canadian subsidiary jointly with the partner.
- The envisaged ownership structure is:

As co-founder and managing partner, you would take responsibility for developing and managing the Canadian business, supported by GeoXpr’s technical expertise and resources.
Subsidiary creation, equity allocation and management appointment would depend on demonstrated commercial results, mutual agreement and appropriate legal arrangements. They are not guaranteed.
