Get Well Family Health Team

We are a collaborative, patient-centred primary care team committed to delivering comprehensive, wholistic, and high-quality health care for patients without primary care in M2N and M3H.

As a community focused not-for-profit, led by a volunteer board of directors, we are dedicated to fostering wellness and meeting the evolving health needs of our community.

Our Mission: To deliver customized health care to clients by understanding the whole person and integrating biological, psychological, social and spiritual therapies to help people get well and live life.

Our History: Spans more than 45 years, rooted in a deep commitment to accessible, community-focused primary care. Through his parents who started the Get Well journey, Dr. Kevin Lai learned the importance of caring for the whole person: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually: "There is a great need for family medicine, and it is a privilege to be caring for someone's health for life."

In 2016, Get Well Clinic - North York was established, continuing the family legacy in a growing and diverse community. In 2021, this vision evolved with the formation of Get Well Family Health Organization, followed by the clinic's expansion into the Wycliffe House Medical Building.

In 2025 Get Well Family Health Team was established, marking a significant milestone in delivering team-based, comprehensive care.
