Role Description The Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Burnaby, BC, responsible for supporting daily store operations and driving sales performance. This role oversees sales associates on the sales floor, providing guidance, coaching, and real-time feedback to ensure exceptional customer experiences and adherence to brand standards. The Sales Supervisor monitors key performance indicators, assists with floor coverage and scheduling, and helps implement sales strategies and visual merchandising directives. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, resolving service issues, processing transactions, and ensuring that operational procedures, policies, and loss prevention guidelines are followed.
