Globex Worldwide Courier is an established Canadian courier and logistics company with over 30 years of experience providing local, national, and international shipping solutions. We take pride in delivering reliable service, building lasting customer relationships, and fostering a collaborative work environment. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at our Saint-Laurent office. This versatile position combines front-desk reception, customer service, administrative support, and day-to-day accounts receivable responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Administrative Support

Welcome visitors and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Respond to general customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Manage incoming emails and correspondence.
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Provide administrative support to various departments.
Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.

Accounts Receivable & Accounting Support

Assist with customer invoicing and billing activities.
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
Record and verify customer payments and related transactions.
Respond to billing inquiries and assist in resolving discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
Assist with account reconciliations and report preparation.
Provide day-to-day support to the accounting department.

Qualifications & Skills

1–2 years of experience in reception, administration, accounts receivable, or a related position.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience with accounting or billing software is an asset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion when handling confidential information.
Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, to communicate with our Canadian and international customers.
Experience in the courier, transportation, or logistics industry is an asset but not required.

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'une personne accueillante, organisée et rigoureuse pour occuper le poste de Réceptionniste / Commis aux comptes clients au sein de notre équipe de Saint-Laurent. Ce poste polyvalent combine l'accueil, le service à la clientèle, le soutien administratif et les activités quotidiennes liées aux comptes clients.

Principales responsabilités

Réception et soutien administratif

Accueillir les visiteurs de manière chaleureuse et professionnelle.
Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et les acheminer aux personnes concernées.
Répondre aux demandes générales des clients et leur fournir une assistance.
Assurer le traitement et le suivi des courriels et de la correspondance.
Effectuer diverses tâches administratives, notamment la saisie de données, le classement et la préparation de documents.
Offrir un soutien administratif aux différents départements.
Maintenir un espace de réception accueillant et organisé.

Comptes clients et soutien comptable

Participer à la préparation et à l'émission des factures clients.
Effectuer le suivi des comptes clients et des paiements en souffrance.
Saisir et vérifier les paiements ainsi que les transactions connexes.
Répondre aux questions des clients concernant la facturation et contribuer à résoudre les écarts.
Assurer la mise à jour et l'exactitude des dossiers clients.
Participer aux rapprochements de comptes et à la préparation de rapports.
Soutenir l'équipe comptable dans ses activités quotidiennes.

Qualifications et compétences recherchées

1 à 2 ans d'expérience en réception, en administration, en comptes clients ou dans un poste similaire.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en service à la clientèle.
Attitude professionnelle, positive et accueillante.
Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.
Rigueur, précision et souci du détail.
Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel et Word.
Connaissance d'un logiciel comptable ou de facturation, un atout.
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe dans un environnement dynamique.
Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité des renseignements.
Bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit, pour communiquer avec notre clientèle canadienne et internationale.
Expérience dans le secteur du transport ou de la logistique, un atout.
